Connect with a Brevo API key, select a list, and map contact attributes. Subscribe contacts directly or let Brevo send its confirmation email first. Brevo setup guide
MailerLite
Connect with a MailerLite API token, select a group, and map subscriber fields. Double opt-in follows your MailerLite account setting. MailerLite setup guide
Klaviyo

How it works
- Install ChimpMatic Lite and edit any Contact Form 7 form.
- Open the Chimpmatic tab, choose your provider, and connect your account.
- Select the destination audience, list, or group, then map your form fields.
- Set the opt-in behavior, save, and submit a test entry.
Each form has its own Chimpmatic tab, so different forms can feed different providers, lists, or campaigns on the same site.
